Is the registered agent consent form required to be filed with the Missouri Secretary of State?
Missouri does not publish a standalone registered-agent consent form for ordinary business-entity filings.
Instead, the new registered agent’s written consent must accompany the filed change document, and the signature line on Statement of Change of Registered Agent and/or Registered Office by a Foreign or Domestic For Profit or Nonprofit Corporation or a Limited Liability Company (Corp. 59) and the corresponding partnership change forms allows that consent to be signed on the filing itself.
